Viadome subscription: with or without assistance platform?

Depending on your situation, Viadome offers two subscription packages: Viadome or Viadome Assist.

In case of a beneficiary in difficulty, the automatic alarm is sent either to the close caregivers or to the assistance platform.

The alarm (by telephone call on fixed and/or cell phone) is sent to one or several relatives (family, neighbor, friend...).

When subscribing to the contract, the beneficiary draws up a list of relatives to be contacted in the event of an alarm (up to 4) according to a call loop order that you define. It is preferable that these relatives live near the beneficiary's home in order to be able to intervene quickly.

The designated persons will then assess the situation and make arrangements to assist the beneficiary.

  • Suitable when relatives live a short distance from the beneficiary, are available and able to assist a person.

The alarm is handled by the assistance center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: When an alarm is received, the assistance center removes any doubt according to its internal procedures by contacting the beneficiary, the close caregivers and/or the emergency services to intervene.

  • Suitable when the family member is unwilling or unable to intervene quickly to provide assistance.

Contents of the Viadome teleassistance package for individuals
Contents of the standard package

This pack allows you to equip a one-bedroom apartment (1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom/WC) or a three-bedroom apartment (2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom/WC) depending on the configuration of the apartment.

Viadome remote assistance equipment

  • 5 fall detectors
  • 1 vibration sensor to be installed on the main entrance door
  • 1 receiver/transmitter station to be connected to the internet box (Ethernet or wifi) and to a power outlet
  • The necessary cables (power supply, RJ45, ...)
It is not necessary to equip all the rooms of a house when some of them are not or hardly used (example: attic, laundry room...).

Our consultants will help you evaluate the number of detectors and sensors needed to secure the home according to its configuration, the beneficiary's lifestyle and prevention needs.

It is possible to add additional vibration sensors on some furniture (bed, chair, refrigerator, etc.) to collect behavioral information, to analyze more precisely the activity of the beneficiary and to detect the early signs of frailty: lack of use of the refrigerator, nightly agitation in the bed, etc.

  • Option 1: Installation by you

    Simple and free

    After receiving the equipment, contact our technical department to make an appointment for remote installation at 04 81 911 622 (Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm).

    During this telephone appointment, our technician will guide you step by step through the installation of the Viadome equipment in your home (duration of the protocol: approximately 45 minutes). The installation does not require any special skills, you simply need to fix the detectors and sensors on the walls and doors in the positions indicated by our technician (Velcro tape is provided), plug the station into an electrical outlet and connect it to the internet box by cable or wifi.

  • Option 2: Installation by a technician

    Fast and reassuring

    If you wish, we can arrange for installation by a trained professional who will physically come to your home.

Benefit from the 50% tax credit

Viadome is a company declared "Service à la Personne" (SAP/914265277).
Individual customers can therefore receive a tax credit equal to 50% of the expenses incurred for personal services on the amount of the Viadome teleassistance subscriptions.

Benefit from the 50% tax credit

If the tax credit is greater than the amount of your tax, the surplus (or the totality if you are not taxable) will be reimbursed by the Direction Générale des Finances Publiques.

Each January, we will send you a tax certificate stating the total amount of the previous year's expenses eligible for the tax credit.
You will report this amount on your tax return in box 7DB on the 2042 form along with the other eligible home employment expenses.
